Grey Agate is a very interesting crystal because it has two sides to work with. One part of it is extremely soothing and calming to the mind, body, and spirit. It is known to calm the nervous system and is wonderful for helping you to go within in sacred space. It assists you in going deeper during meditation and journey work.

Grey Agate also assists us in our ritual work, creating sacred space, and connecting with your spirit guides. In the centre of the crystal is a large druzy portal filled with quartz which you can use as an access point in journey work to meet with your spirit guides or complete deeper meditations.

You can also use the portal to assist in manifesting your intentions by placing programmed crystals inside, intention papers, or other magickal items.
