One of my absolute favourite resins which I cannot live without! Frankincnese has an incredible scent which is rich with a hint of sweetness. It’s also very versatile in your practice, mixed with myrrh it clears the home of any energies that do not belong to you and that are not for your highest good. 

Burnt alone it helps raise your frequency to assist you in journey work, connecting with the upper realms and your Spirit Guides. It's a wonderful all-round resin for your sacred space. 

On a day-to-day practical level it is great for relaxation and reducing stress when burnt in the home, during meditation or yoga.
