Magical Aura/Room Spray ~ Sweet Sleep ~ 50ml

Whether it be a racing mind, over thinking, stress, or even the Full Moon we all have times when we struggle to get to sleep or stay asleep. Creating a night time routine can be very helpful in letting our mind and body know that it is time to take a rest and go to sleep. This could be a full routine including having a chamomile tea and a lovely bath, but realistically for many this is simply not something that can be done on a regular basis.

When creating this aura spray, I wanted something that could be a simple act of selfcare before bed, but also carries the energy of multiple tools in one. Sweet Sleep combines the vibrational frequencies of three incredible essential oils, three flower essences, and three crystals through essences and chips. It is literally a sleep ritual in a bottle.

How To Connect and Use Your Spray:

Shake the bottle and take a few moments to breathe and centre yourself thinking about your intention. Spray around your auric field, sacred space or home keeping your intention close to your heart.

Usage:

Keep away from children and pets. Do not ingest or spray in eyes, if contact is made with eyes wash out immediately with warm water. Do not spray on polished surfaces. Check with your medical professional if you are pregnant before using.
