Red Jasper Worry Stone

Red Jasper is perfect for work around rebalancing and healing issues surrounding the root chakra. It is a nurturing crystal that helps us to feel safe and protected, and connects deeply to the Earth, Gaia energy, and the trees root systems. It is one of my favourites when working with to ground when I really want to connect with the nurturing energies of our Earth.

Worry stones are a favourite of mine as they have a carved out smooth section that you can easily run your thumb over to relax and calm your whole being. Being Red Jasper you can really utalise the smooth surface to help ground and connect with the Earths energy.
