Our Charms ~

All our charms are made by hand in sacred space using a traditional mortar and pestle. I only use the best quality herbs, essential oils, our own essences and resin in the making of the charms. Each charm is consciously crafted for its desired outcome and made to order.

STRESS & ANXIETY CHARM ~

Our stress and anxiety charm carries a calming serene energy that will calm the nervous system and mind to help ease daisy stress and strain. Its great for recovery after a period of intense stress and allows you to feel supported and in control once more.

Carry this charm on your person and sleep with it close to your bed. Once the stress and anxiety has subsided take the charm outside, flow its contents into the wind and thank the Goddess/Universe for its assistance. Keep an amethyst in the charm bag to help keep any future stress and anxiety under control. If you are someone who suffers regularly with anxiety (for example are on medication and under the gp, had generalised anxiety disorder), replace your charm every three months for constant support.
